"Philly Police Harass, Threaten to Shoot Man Legally Carrying Gun"
The cowering, simpering Police State mentality hates the Constitution and Bill of Rights. They have no respect for law and they operate illegally with impunity. Disgusting. These "officers" should be fired immediately.
